"Hellotalk is a scam APP through & through, taking your hard earned money and permabanning you as they like. I happened to be in a group chat where people violated their T&C, & this was Hellotalk's justification for banning me, even when I wasn't involved. Despite this illegitimate ban, they rejected my refund request for the remaining 6 months VIP that I didn't get to use. So I did nothing wrong but they took both my access & my money away. I'm on my 3rd email "requesting" for fair treatment, and they're still not entertaining my requests, it's like talking to a wall. Finally, this is not an isolated case, I have fellow VIP & non-VIP Hellotalkers who were also experiencing the same issue, banned & deleted just like that. DO NOT BUY VIP!"
